I've lived in Hudson my entire life. I don't love it here, but it's my hometown and I have plenty of good memories here with family and friends. I would say that Hudson has been growing these past few years with new businesses opening and people joining the community. The beach offers nice views, especially at sunset, but if you are looking to swim, I wouldn't recommend Hudson beach. Overall, Hudson is a decent area. You'll definitely meet all sorts of people in this community, and you'll definitely make some memories.
Like with all opinions they change over time when I first came to Hudson I didn't really like Hudson Beach cuz it was so small and it just looked like a drainage area what is time went along I met some really great people and most of the people are really wonderful but was it me or was it them that adapted to the covid restrictions and the closing down of the parks which were one of the best enjoyments in the area. There's easy access to all kinds of shops and markets, clinics and hospitals which are expanding at the present moment. I'm originally from Western New York and I enjoy the difference down here in Florida with a much slower pace with most people determined to enjoy themselves here rather than go to work, eat, sleep and repeat. Mainly what I'm trying to see her is that I enjoy and like Hudson Florida, but the people from other places should just keep on trucking, to keep this place from being an overcrowded, Overpriced parking lot.
It's a beautiful town with a good variety of real estate options. It has a rural vibe to it, but also has some good entertainment venues. I've lived in Trinity and found that area to be too congested and too fast paced.
A retirement community with all the good places in Florida. Hudson is fast paced location with 80 % of the population in a hurry and 20 % slow paced almost too old to be driving. The main highways and arteries are race tracks but they are as efficient as they can be under the constraints imposed.
Excellent medical facilities and medical support.
You can live comfortable, and safe if you are of sound mind, good health and good common sense.

Hudson Florida is, in my opinion, a run down town that is trying to keep up with the surroundings cities. It seems like every one knows each other and no matter where you go you'll always see people you've met before. There aren't very many places to go for activities. There are local parks and beaches around hudson but othe than that you kind ways to entertain yourself in this town.
This is a wonderfully beautiful and friendly town! I saw average and negative reviews and NOTHING in them were true. It said drug infested..FAR FROM TRUE! Rundown? NO WAY ! Its gorgeous and not All Built Up which I love! I wake up and go to my dock right out to the beautiful Gulf! Its 2022 and the older reviews seem to be of another town, not our lovely little town of Hudson!!
Hudson is on the periphery of a lot of busy regions. It still has some quiet charm not found in areas to the south of Pasco. There are some homeless issues, and I have heard crime can be an issue though I experienced none.
Some great independent restaurants in the area.
Some money is pouring in and I think the area will pick up in years to come, hopefully still being able to retain its old Florida charm.

I lived here for a few years in high school and hated it. Hudson and Fivay were terrible schools with drugs and fights happened every week which was shocking. The town is run down with not much to do. The only nice part was the restaurant on the beach. I can’t imagine raising my child here and I’m glad we got out when we did
Hudson is a small area but its starting to grow with all of the new shops and businesses opening up and more people moving in. Its small but its growing!
Has some good and bad. Depending where you go. I do like living here in Pasco more than I did living in Spring Hill. There needs to be more family friendly activities here though. More nightlife for moms and dads to get out. It was affordable, but the price is increasing.
I have lived here for most of my life. Although it is recently becoming a popular area to live in, I still wish there was more to do in the area. Most things are of an hour drive but I usually don't mind driving.
Hudson is not the greatest town but is not the worst town either. My family and I live in a great community and my kids go to amazing schools. The community that i live in is a great place to raise a family.
Small town, not overly-crowded. A lot of fun stuff to do, mom n' pop diners. Great schools, and a lot of family friendly neighborhoods. The beaches are about 30 minutes away and downtown Tampa is about 40 minutes away.
Hudson is a great area and is very close to the gulf. The only bad thing is that there is not too much to do around here besides a movie theater.
I live in the community. It's a quiet town! I wish it had more to offer as far a nice mall, shops and restaurants. I am not sure if we even have a town hall or police department and I have lived in the community for 12 years. With that said, the crime is low. There are some nice parks in the area.
I love the country and family friendly, small town everyone knows everyone; it is cute. However, they need more public transportation as well as side walks, also the beach needs a serious make-over. The stores need expansion as well as more known and popular stores in this area, kind of similar to Tampa and Lutz. Also the people here really do not celebrate the holidays accordingly; prime example, i went around the neighborhoods to see Christmas Decorations as well as lights and basically found none.
A lovely place to live, if you like fishing, boating and friendly neighbors. Lots of restaurants, churches, and parks. Hudson has excellent health care, a renowned Heart and Trauma Care Hospital.
