I love that Hudson is a small town with a close-knit community. The dog park at Benson's is one of my all time favorite places. I think that Hudson does a great job regarding it's volunteer opportunities and their is never a lack of volunteers! However, I wish that Hudson would have more restaurants and cafe's open later at night. It is a very family-friendly community and is close to many cities where there are more activities.

Nice, quiet and friendly town. Some schools are walking distance from homes. The local high school is wonderful. Very nice, quaint cafes and diners. Enjoy!
Hudson, NH has very high quality of life indicators, such as low crime, good public school system, a clean environment and a decent economy. The majority of taxes are relatively reasonable , no income tax or sales tax, but very high property taxes. In terms of weather it varies to such a large extent depending on the season but all in all there is great variability when it comes to temperature and is a huge factor in terms of living circumstances. In addition, the town of Hudson is in close proximity to Boston the closest major metropolitan city, the ocean " Hampton, Salisbury beach" mountains are in close proximity such as "Monadonock, the white mountains".
