Working in Hubbard
Hubbard is a very nice town with a cozy school just a few miles out of town. A lovely 50's style diner, several town markets, cheap gas, and 30 minutes from both Portland and Salem! The best part? We have our own, critically-acclaimed haunted house! Milburn's Haunted Manor!
Hubbard is a small town, quiet and peaceful. But it has a regularly commuted highway: 99E. At times you hear the train and feel the ground shake as it passes by. The school is small, with a class who you stay with all throughout school and graduate at the end of high school. There are hardly any businesses, but there are many gas stations, dealerships and storage places. It's a small town that is ideal for those who dont like the city but dont like the country.
Its nice to be between both cities Salem to the South and Portland to the North. The commute to either city takes just about the same in either direction.
