Houlton is a lovely little town on the Canadian boarder that allows people to get a real small town experience. Although there isn't as much to do compared to city areas one is able to fully experience many adventures nature has to offer. This town is nestled into nature where at night you can see all the stars and if you're lucky you can spot a moose out in a field. Being so far up north Houlton has all four seasons, the most popular being Summer and winter. In the summer people can go fishing, four wheeling, muddling, tubing down the river, hunting nature walks and so much more. In the winter people can go ice fishing, skiing, tubing, snowboarding, cross country skiing and ice skating.
It was a quaint enough town. Like most places, there were a few troublesome cases of bad eggs and misguided individuals perpetrating foul deeds, but that occurrence was rather rare compared to most towns.
