Newly retired, we moved here from Iowa to escape the cold snowy winters! It’s like we are on vacation every day! We love the water! We have a pontoon in a boat slip (we can keep it in year around!) and we just take our golf cart to hop on it anytime we want! Hubby has a bass boat we keep in garage and he can hook up and go to any lake he wants (and there are 11 lakes in Village....and several close outside the Village!) And....the wildlife! Almost every day we see fox, deer and /or turkeys! The trees and mountains are also breathtaking! So many restraunts to choose from....we haven’t even hit them all yet. No complaints on any of them! And the trails......are awesome! We love this gated community! Everything you need is right here!

I’ve lived here for 12 years and it is a great place to live. Pay no mind to reviews downgrading our restraunts and local businesses made by a few negative people. Local business owners are friendly and helpful. The recent group of negative people wouldn’t be happy anywhere. Come see us! Oh, the old people drive crazy so be careful.
A fantastic place to live for all ages. The place has so much to offer for golfers, boaters, and people that like to maintain an active lifestyle. Little Rock or Hot Springs is less than an hours drive. Housing is very affordable and military retired pay zero state tax on their retirement pay. Come visit, you’ll end up staying!
