Hooper is an amazing place to live. It has a small-town feeling, and the people are all very kind. It's not crowded, which is awesome. It's definitely very affordable to live in as well. People all get along great, and everyone seems to know everyone. There are social gatherings that come around annually, and they are always very organized and fun to go to! It's easy to get involved in the community, and there is no shortage of kindness and service. There's enough of it all to go around. Hooper is overall and amazing place to live, and there's nothing bad to even say about it!

Hooper is an incredible place for anybody wanting to get out of the busy, crowded city, without loosing the benefit of easy access of city resources. The people here in Hooper are very friendly, and the community has a "small town" feel to it. Your neighbors are friendly, without being too nosey. The elementary school in Hooper has average class sizes, and the faculty are all dedicated to making sure your child has the best elementary experience possible by providing a safe, comfortable, learning and playing environment. The same applies to the nearby Jr. Highs and High Schools. Basic necessities and extra luxuries are all within a ten minuet drive. Groceries stores , clothing stores, outdoor supplies, restaurants and much more are all readily available. Perfect for east of access, and employment opportunities. The community is very safe due to the kind people and higher than average amount of resident police officers.
I have lived here ever since I was 6, I love it! It is country out here so many people have farms and lots of animals, so going out at night with friends you have to commute to a different city, but its not bad at all because it is only about 10 minutes away! It is a great place to raise kids! My mom never had to worry about me much! Such a safe city!
