Holly Springs is rated among the top towns for safety and family life. It is a rapidly growing suburb of Raleigh, with easy access to the airport and the city, yet minutes away from the country. While there is not a downtown area as one might picture, the center of town does contain the library/community center and the town hall, with an amazing public park and rec center just around the corner. The addition of the new baseball stadium in town provides even more family fun in the summer. This is a town for families or anyone looking to own a home where town services are near perfect. The schools are county run, not locally run, and it is still in NC, so there is improvement needed there, but more parents are involved in Holly Springs than in poorer towns, so the schools work a bit better.

I relocated from LI NY. This is the place your looking for. It's everything you want in a small community. This is such a safe place to live the cops pull people over for nonsense. This is not a lie. The cops actually covered the speed sign to write speeding tickets nobody even speeds here. I think that cop got fired, at least I hope he, did but is it true story
There is a ton of great restaurants in the area that are very affordable! My Way Tavern, Buffalo Wild Wings, Tiawanna Flatts, and more. My personal favorite is My Way Tavern.
