I love Holliston because it’s a small, suburban town. The education system is great, offering many different activities to fill your time. The sports is also a reason to come to Holliston because we are like the Patriots; we always win. The one thing people may find lacking about Holliston is that we don’t have any major shopping centers, historical monuments, or famous restaurants. Great if you live here, but not much for non residents.

Holliston is a small town. I can walk around by myself downtown and around my street late at night feeling completely safe. The cost of living and real estate prices vary depending on the neighborhood. I have the most experience with the public schools, being a graduating senior. The quality of education is very high, and the music & arts programs are excellent. It isn't the most diverse town, and there are some elitist social circles, but it is a place where everyone can find their niche. My largest complaint is probably that even though the town is very family-friendly, it isn't very teenager-friendly. There is a local playground space for toddlers and young children, but there is no rec center or area in town where older children and teens can hang out.
Holliston is a cute suburban town, perfect for raising a new family. The community is very supportive and the town works hard to continue improving itself and the school systems. It does not have a lot of sources of entertainment within the town but plenty of options in nearby towns.
