Great and welcoming City. It is truly a gem in the region. Places to live, eat, stay, play and more. Been here since July and plan on being here for the long term.
I moved to Hogansville from Newnan. My wife and I love Hogansville. There is a growing community of artists and entrepreneurs moving here. It is awesome to see the community work together and bring new businesses to town.
We’ve been here since 2011. When we first moved here it was a pretty dead town, but over the last few years there has been a great effort to revitalize the town and it’s such a fun time to live here! There are new shops opening downtown, new restaurants. It’s a great community with several young families. We love living here!
Hogansville has been our home for 3 years. We got married here and have an incredible thriving community filled with young families and diversity. Its a growing place with so much potential and charm!
Hogansville is the perfect mixture of being a small town and still being so close to the city. Just 45 mins south of the airport but I am completely comfortable leaving my car unlocked when I go into the store. The people are kind, and all look out for each other. I have loved all over the southeast and this is the best home I have had.
Hogansville is a beautiful town located approximately 45 minutes from the Atlanta airport. I've been a part of Hogansville for 5 years and I wouldn't change a thing. Great people, friendly people it really is good place to raise your children. There is a resurgence in this town of young creatives and new business ventures. Historic hotel, train depot and theater on Main Street and an excellent elementary school with excellent teachers and a caring administration.
I have been living in Hogansville, Georgia for four years and I really like it. This is a very small town but it is very quiet, pretty and for the most part people are friendly. Every year on the third week in October, Hogansville holds its annual Hummingbird Festival, this last two days in downtown there is food, arts, crafts, music and much more. I really like living here in Hogansville because there is never any city traffic and all of the other things that you will run into in a big city.
I've been here my whole and its a very quaint little town. It has the essentials needs so I don't have to go thirty minutes out of my way to get something. I really love living in this area and its so pretty too.
I have lived in Hogansville since birth. It is a very family friendly environment. Everyone knows one another and there is little to no crime there at all. I do, however, wish this wonderful town offered more rental properties for students, young adults, or single parents.
I absolutely love Hogansville! It is just a fun town to be in, especially when walking down main street. I got to see many different shops and even a neat little train restaurant. It is a quaint little town. The best part of Hogansville is the Hummingbird Festival that happens every year. Many different people come together and sale unique things. It's so much fun, and it's a great family experience.
My overall experience has been great. It is a small town, but their are some stores around. This small town is close to bigger towns that you can drive to.
Not really many of those around so not sure how to rate them
Not a very community orientated place to live
Most of the jobs here are for very small wages and part time work
Only attraction we have is the hummingbird festival it happens once a year
They do attempt to keep th streets lit. But it does not help my back door has literally been kicked in three times. When I tried to build a fence around my property to make it harder for. Criminals to steal mine and my children's things I was issued a ticket and told to take it down.
The houses here were built over 60 years ago most are falling apart. They slap a coat of paint on most and claim they are fixed u l.p
