There are not very many well paying jobs. So most of the people in my area work minimum wage jobs trying to support their family, but most of them cannot support their family on a minimum wage jobs. There is not an efficient amount of well paying jobs in this area for people to be in a stable financial position.

There are many parks and outdoor activities available with basketball hoops, tennis courts, play grounds, and pathways to take walks or run on.
There is a good variety of food options. My area has fast-food options for when your on the go and there is also a good amount of restaurants to dine in. Some of the food places are McDonald's, Applebee's, Wendy, Olive Garden, and many more.
