Hinsdale Reviews

We love how Hinsdale has become a family friendly town. The schools and committee's do a great job creating activities for the kids. There is relatively cheap taxes and the school performance is increasing. We have felt that our kids are well taken care of in this school district and due to the smaller population, they feel more like a family. We love the small pool in the summer time to cool down. I would like to see the town officials and residents put more efforts into maintaining these the park, pool areas so that kids have more safe environments to hang out in.

Only downside is the houses are older and smaller. If you want a newer large house, you have to look outside of Hinsdale.

What I love about Hinsdale is how small the town is. In school, our classes are small which allows for more one-on-one time with the teachers. This allows our academics to soar. If I could change one thing about Hinsdale; however, it would be that we need more activities to do in the area. If anyone from Hinsdale wants to see a movie, or go ice skating, or do anything fun, it requires going to neighboring areas. Therefore, if I could change one thing it would be that I would add more activities in this area.
