I enjoy the size of the town, as it is not too large, yet not too small. Hillsborough has a good community where I feel like it is a “safer” town in that not many dangerous activities happen. We have a good amount of restaurants and places to eat, however there could be more in addition to the different leisure activities to do with friends and family. One thing I would change is the demographics and diversity of the town. As an Asian-American living in my town, I tend to feel out of place and even sometimes inferior to most of the population, for an example when I’m at school. For the past 5 years, I found myself looking around the classroom and realizing there are not many kids that look like me or of the same race. Predominantly this town is caucasian and I would like to see more racial diversity within, making me feel apart of a community as an Asian-American.

Hillsborough is vast! Although it lacks shopping malls and centers, there's no lack of places to eat, parks, volunteer opportunities, religious congregations, etc.
Hillsborough Township is the best place I have ever lived. I attended three different public schools in my time there and I have enjoyed my time at each one. My house and the community in which I live in are both very welcoming and have both suited my needs in my time here very well. It is a safe, family friendly community and township and that's what propelled my family to choose to live here ten years ago. It is diverse, has job opportunities for anyone of any age, and it just a good place to spend any period of your life.
