I have lived in Hilliard for the majority of my life. It is considered a "small town" but the big city (Columbus) is just a short twenty-five minutes away! I would say Hilliard is a very tight-knit community, where everyone goes out of their way to either give a helping hand, or just a smiling passing by. I would say, everything you need is all right here: from grocery stores, gyms, retail, food options, and numerous employment opportunities. I love living in Hilliard and would't change a thing about it. It is sort of the best of both worlds... wherever I go I always see someone I know, but on the other hand, I am always meeting someone new!

I moved to Hilliard about 7 months ago for my fiancé’s job. Everyone in the town has been nothing but kind to us since we’ve been here. There are constantly events happening in downtown Hilliard that the whole family can attend. We got to experience the Fourth of July show as well, which was amazing! We love it here and are so happy this is the town we ended up in.
It’s a pretty safe, friendly, happy city full of great people! I really enjoy the restaurants, library, schools, neighborhoods, and stores. I really recommend you come visit if you have never been!
