There aren't many houses out here, but some of them are well kept while the others or in horrible conditions. You won't see the bad ones until you actually look through the neighborhoods. The ones you first see are very deceiving.

There's not much to do in Highland, KS. I believe the only place that offers decent jobs is the community college located in the middle of the town.
Most of them have been here for awhile and they're pretty rundown. They don't offer much to the community.
