I used to live in a very spread-out neighborhood where the nearest store would be 20 minutes away. I love how small DE is because I can find everything in one general area. My favorite places include the shops in Gateway South - Capitol One Cleaners & Food Lion - and I also love the restaurants and shops located on RTE 13, they are very convenient!

In this area the weather is mild. Our summers are fairly hot and humid, but there are beaches relatively close by. In the winter it does not get too cold usually and we only get a few snow showers resulting with three to five inches of snow.
Public services in this area are decent and whenever someone is in need of assistance for a downed power line, an accident, or a fire they are always quick to respond and do their best to assist.
