I love hicksville! It has been up and coming with new restaurants, stores and a lot more diverse. I would love to see more cute and artsy shops like in Huntington and oyster bay. Other than that i have no complaints. I moved here five years ago and i have really seen it improve in a lot of ways. Only thing i dont like now is that theres a lot more traffic here now!

A very small town, but with a lot of pride. Hicksville is a very tight knit community with a lot of support for each over. There is a large amount of involvement with the school and their sports teams. Very nice public school and great teachers who are happy to get to know their students.
I enjoy the small community where you know a good part of the community. You can feel safe walking around town no matter the time of day and it is growing right in front of the people of the community. I spent the previous 24 years of my life there.
