Hickman is a nice, quiet small town. It is the real definition of my "home sweet home." It borders the Mississippi river, which gives it the most beautiful scenery. My house is on the Bluff in Hickman -- which means that it overlooks the lower bottoms of the town. The lower bottoms in Hickman are spectacular. It is pure forest, full of indigenous wildlife. Even though Hickman is 20 minutes away from the closest Walmart, the natural beauty of the scenery is worth the drive.

Raised here my whole life. I love the closeness of the people. I like that it is a small community. I would like to see our town grow with new industrys, better paying jobs, more shopping stores, and entertainment for families.
This town is basically a retirement town. It is family friendly, a great place to raise your children.
