Herrin is small town in Illinois, located close to Carbondale. Herrin has lots of family owned businesses and restaurants. It is a good place for anyone looking for a small town to settle down in.
I like that Herrin caters to the needs of the less fortunate by having community-run facilities to serve this population. I would like to change the fact that there is not much diversity in Herrin, and those of color are not always treated with respect.
