Heron Bay is a fabulous place to live. The homes are gorgeous. The golf is top notch. The tennis courts are in good shape and the pools are plentiful. This master community is unusual in that it's all right here. It's beautiful, diverse, and makes you feel proud to call it home. It's an entire experience! We had a chance to live anywhere we wanted. We chose Heron Bay Golf and Country Club!

It’s beautiful and diverse. People are friendly. We’re on a beautiful golf course, with 3 pools and tennis courts. I love the entrance way with gorgeous flowers and tall overlapping trees. It’s a great community.
Their HOA is worst I ever have known. Office staff is arrogant and useless. We were looking to buy. Stopped in all was cheery and gentleman was nice. However I asked a lady in office by workout room a question and she said she had no time for such. Rolled her eyes. Very unprofessional. I was turned off immediately. I have friends living in this community who said things are not good but now I have seen it for myself.
