Hermantown is a great place to live as a student, young professional, growing family or a retiree. It has a ton of stores and restaurants nearby, convenient public transportation, affordable housing and more. The biggest two negatives in my opinion is lack of sidewalks or bike lanes in some areas and lack of internet in other areas.

Hermantown is a great place to live. It's inbetween duluth and cloquet with proctor not far either. Hermantown is a peacefull place with little to no distractions. the only thing that i would like to see changed is the cost to live in hermantown, like the property taxes.
Great school district, with great test scores, safe school, and great athletic programs. Along with the schooling it comes with a great tight-knit community all-together.
