I don’t know where this site gets their information from, it just says third party sites. I can tell you there is NO absolutely NO homes under $500k. Restaurants and fast food places just close sometimes because they don’t have the staff to stay open. Main Street driving is a nightmare.
I love Heber so much! It's so welcoming and peaceful. It's right up against the mountains and there's a reservoir. There is a ton of things to do here: mountain biking, boating, hiking, river rafting, fishing, etc.
A beautiful small town nestled in the mountains. 20 minutes to Park City and Sundance, and 50 minutes to the SLC airport. Lots to do - outdoor activities, restaurants, yoga, gyms, healthcare all within minutes. Lots of communities popping up; I hope it doesn't hurt the charm (and low traffic!).
