Country setting. Town is in much need of clean up. A lot of front porch sitting going on throughout the neighborhoods. Neighbors always watching out for one another. Very low crime rate. No night life.
Its a somewhat safe place we don't have much crime activity. It is very rare if something bad ever happens. Police are okay although there are never enough police on duty.
Poorly run. City manager and mayor not Educated to run a city sorry. You get a lot of Harassment from the cops. I now live in shady point ok and love it very laid back little town and our chief of police is a ex city cop from Heavener because he got tired of how it run.
