Nice city and has amenities around. This city is a suburb of New Orleans. There are good properties here and minutes away from the city. There are plenty things to do, park wise and other civic organizations for citizens to join. I've lived in this city off and on a good bit of my life. I am a current resident again of the city for over two years. There are other cities in the New Orleans area, but this city is well liked by many who have lived there for many years. One of my plans is to hopefully buy a house in this city.

Harvey is an awesome place to live because of the culture, food, place of bussinesses and schools. In harvey there are different neighborhoods that have their own activities. The community pool is also an awesome place to relax with friends on a hot summer day. Harvey is very unique in which a tunnel was built under water called the harvey tunnel canal. The overpass is extremely tall in which has a great view of the city at it's peak.
Harvey is located east of the Intracoastal Canal on the Mississippi River, at coordinates 29°53′28″N 90°04′09″W. I enjoy the French colonial era. The first owner of this land was Jean-Baptiste d'Estrehan de Beaupre, a royal treasurer and comptroller for the French Louisiana colony. He established a plantation here. He used his slaves to dig the ditch that would become the Harvey Canal, cutting south from the banks of the Mississippi River to the back of Bayou Barataria, to provide better access. I am service employee and seeking new challenges within the state of Louisiana to become a certified teacher.
My goal to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent teacher who will make a positive contribution to your school district.
