Harrah is a very friendly and agricultural town. We have lots of local businesses and farmers. The biggest complaint right now, from many, is that we have four pizza places, but no Walmart. At this point, we will take any business other than pizza. Other than that, it's a safe, affordable place and it is close to other larger cities to do shopping. The school offers a good education and the tight knit community is always there for you. If you like small, friendly towns, Harrah is the place for you.
Harrah is the sort of town that you see family movies made in. It has a perfect balance between southern simplicity and the urban buzz. Only 30 minutes away from its state's capitol, Harrah offers an easy commute to and from work. It has numerous restaurants ranging from authentic oriental to simple southern soul food.
Harrah is a small town with the kindest people you can find. The beautiful town park is where most big events are held. There are walking trails with ponds, wildlife, pavilions, plenty of playground equipment, a splash pad & even movie nights in the summer & fall. Traffic is rarely comgested, & there is plenty of housing & stores.
