Harborcreek Township Reviews
Crime is not only in the City of Erie (center city) but it is in the suburbs. All police in these areas need to be ahead of crime, drugs and death. Erie is not changing to growth in employment. We are losing jobs by corporations going to other states. We are losing them to other countries. Education in my opinion needs better leaders. Superintendents and school board personnel in my district are taking away goals that kids go for - The Best Student at their High School. How do you take the title away - it's an achievement! I do feel Erie has a lot to give. We are in the Tri-State area of 3 major cities. We are growing with hotels but we need to bring in big events since we have so many areas that are available to bring in school activities with sports. I love this area and do hope to graduate and find employment in the area. If my family leaves to go south, I may just do that to stay with them.
Very friendly neighbors and tight-knit community. However, I would like to see a change and improvement in diversity in the current community.
Its a nice, small community where everybody knows everybody. There is lots to do in town and in the nearby city.
