there's two trailer parks nearby actual houses- one is more stereotypical run-down trailer-park, complete with confederate flag flying in the breeze, but the other is more upscale, it could almost be a ring of houses, if it weren't for the fact that the houses are trailers

There isn't a lot of crime in this area. Only a few petty crimes like broken windows on abandoned houses.
The food is decent but not super great. There are only about 2 restaurants in the area.
