I was born and raised in Hammond. It has a home-like nature and is full of very chill people. It’s about 30 minutes from Chicago so whenever you are bored, you can take a drive into the city and enjoy your day!
What I really enjoyed while I was in Hammond, IN is the Navy Pier! It has this huge farris wheel that I had to get on. Believe me when I tell you you have to go there when you visit Indiana
