I moved here about a little over a year ago. From that time, my family and I have quickly adjusted and overall, it's been great living here, The area is very quiet and calm. Since we get around a lot, it's convenient that the highway isn't too far. It's close to Aventura, so that's also a plus. Overall, I have no complaints!

The neighborhood has gotten much better compared to six years ago. Hallandale Beach mayor and commission have done a better job recently by building new homes, creating small/clean parks, and adding some morals/art/ decorations in the streets. Not to mention, building a nice YMCA center for the community. The demographic population in this community mostly African American and a few Hispanic. They created programs that help single mothers own their homes plus police involvement good. Some safety concerns still remain but hopefully, that gets resolved.
It’s a quite community!
Really small, the smallest of South Florida, we have a lot of recreations and car houses for low income people, water fee are expensive and the worst quality!
