Halfmoon is a nice, quite suburb of Albany with very nice housing developments. The town has many parks, a library, arts, golf courses, restaurants, bars, shopping while close to Northway (I87) for commutes to Albany yet you’re not located in the bustle of city life. Saratoga is only 15 minutes away for horse racing, restaurants, bars and great summer venues including SPAC. This is more of a bedroom community in the suburbs with middle to upper middle class housing and opportunities.

Halfmoon is a beautiful little suburb minutes north of Albany. It is centrally located in New York State and there is easy access to both the Adirondacks, and other more populated areas of the state. This area is up and coming with new development constantly occurring, while still maintaining many fresh air areas. within a 5 minute drive you can see a major shopping center as well as quaint little farms.
The worst part of Clifton Park, the part that makes me loathe it is the people who live here. Sure, Clifton Park has a lot of great businesses, some wonderful parks and trails, and an a great economy, however this is not enough to make up for the entitled, stuck up humans who reside here.

I am currently a senior in High School and the majority of the kids our environment produces are dull witted and think the world revolves around them. It makes it miserable to live here, especially since even when you try to report bullying the parents of the bullies back their children completely and have three lawyers on speed dial. A lot of kids who come from the small middle or lower class of Clifton Park end up dropping out because it gets so bad. No kid should have to sacrifice their education to escape abuse.

I never had the choice on whether or not I wanted to live here or not, I grew up here, but I am most certainly not going to collage here and after collage I am moving very far away. After I leave I'm certain Clifton Park will continue to become more condensed with businesses until there is no more room for building, honestly the fate of the parks concern me and something should be done to protect them.
