Haleyville, Al is a close nit town that needs more revenue. There is only a few choses for jobs. You either work in fast food, plant, or retail. You definitely need a college degree and find work out of town to be able to make it.
Haleyville is a great place to live. I have lived here for 24 years and am currently raising my family here. Haleyville is the home of 911. Every year in June there is a 911 festival that is a great experience for the whole family. My daughter really enjoys the nice parks here in town. There isn't much I would change about Haleyville although I would like to see more restaurants come to our town.
It is a small friendly neighborhood. Everyone welcomes you with a smile and a wave! Im thankful to be a part of this beautiful town!
