I've lived in this neighborhood for almost a decade. It's a safe and sleepy community with an array of varied local businesses, parks, breweries, outdoor walking and biking paths, good schools, etc. Neighborhood folks are down to earth and friendly.

Quiet neighborhood, Safe, and plenty of trails to go biking, walking or simply walking your dog. We love living near twin lakes and letting our bulldog go crazy in the lake.
Been a nice place to grow up. Blackjack Pizza and Salads of Gunbarrel. There is crime sometimes which is kinda lame but its not the hood for sure. They remolded the king soopers and thats been pretty sweet. 10/10.
