People are friendly. CLose to boulder downtown where there are lots of restaurants. No traffic. Lots of open space

I've lived in this neighborhood for almost a decade. It's a safe and sleepy community with an array of varied local businesses, parks, breweries, outdoor walking and biking paths, good schools, etc. Neighborhood folks are down to earth and friendly.
Quiet neighborhood, Safe, and plenty of trails to go biking, walking or simply walking your dog. We love living near twin lakes and letting our bulldog go crazy in the lake.
