Gulf Breeze is perfectly situated on a peninsula between Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. A small tight knit community that watches out for one another, low crime, highly rated schools, and great recreation opportunities for all. We’ve adopted this as our hometown and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. You can Uber into downtown Pensacola for nightlife, cultural activities, or ride your bike over to the beach...beat of both worlds. And when the new bridge is completed in 2020, it’ll only be better!

I love the small-town coastal feel of Gulf Breeze! This town has local boutiques, a beach, and friendly residents. It's quiet, small, and overall a nice place to live as well as vacation.
Gulf Breeze is a peninsula in south Santa Rosa County near the popular Pensacola Beach. Santa Rosa has the best public schools in the area and Gulf Breeze schools top the list. There is not a nightlife here because those types of places are nearby in Pensacola. We are getting a new 3 Mile Bridge to connect Gulf Breeze to Pensacola to be done by 2020. The beach is just a 5 minute drive and short bridge away. Gulf Breeze is lacking in restaurants but again most go to Pensacola for good food. Gulf Breeze is very safe and has the elementary, middle and high schools right next to each other. Gulf Breeze is surrounded 3 sides by water and the 4th side is the Gulf Shores National Seashore and can not be developed in any way so the closest development to Gulf Breeze "proper" is 3.5 miles down the peninsula. It's a small town and you end up knowing your neighbor. It's a great place to raise kids.
