Groveland is the hidden gem in the Clermont-Montverde-Minneola-Groveland quad city micro metro area in South Lake County. It has a small town feel because it is a small town. However, the town is about to double in size from approx 12K to 24K residents, in a short time frame, due to new projects in the area. Growth is visible everywhere. New residential communities will bring new retail and dining venues, jobs, schools and parks. Law enforecement is excellent as well as are the community in general. It's diverse, its quiet, safe and absolutely serene. Due to its land area size, the growth will be noticeable but will not make the city crowded. Love living here and being part of the good growth.

Well so far living in Groveland has been great and comfortable! The town is ver quiet and country. The kids are very outgoing. The restaurants happen to be different tastings. What think should change maybe a mall . They could build a hang out spot for kids to meet up. Well they should even build a university.
I have lived in Groveland for a little over 3 years now. I moved here from New Jersey. I like the city of Groveland. It has stores and restaurants nearby. My school is close by too. I like the people. Everyone seems friendly. Although at night I have encountered some strange people. But that was only a few times. Otherwise, I like this town.
