Greenwood Village is a very safe neighborhood. It is well maintained and very friendly. The local police maintain police presence not that its needed but its a nice piece of mind. The schools in the area are safe and very good. This is a family area with great places to eat and awesome family parks! Also great places for family outings such as jump street and the movies. There are also places for just mom and dad to go if they want to have a date night.
Review Greenwood Village
Colorado is a great place to stay as a family, especially in Greenwood Village. As a suburban atmosphere, the area is twenty minutes away from the city life, and mountains are forty minutes away by car. Everyday, as I drive down towards West, the rows of mountains in the scenery, covered in snow, majestically appear, as if they were painted on the sky. Of course, I wouldn't forget about the sunrise or the sunset I view early in the morning or in the evening, when the bright, creamy Orange fills the sky with hints of pink and yellow. The relaxed, laid back atmosphere in Greenwood Village brings peace to one's mind, especially when it's during the mornings. Children run and bike around the neighborhoods, displaying youth all over the area with laughter (maybe I'm getting to poetic here). I'd live here again, anytime. The city is apparently ranked to be the best place to live in U.S.A. I would believe that because of its friendly environment as well as the great school system. Denver is definitely growing as a city, becoming more urban. In the future, I imagine this place would be a big city, filled with diversity and culture, ready to shine its uniqueness beyond any other city.
Greenwood Village is amazing! The schools, from Campus Middle School to Cherry Creek HS, are all top-tier, the annual GWV day is always fun, and the parks are top quality -- with disc golfing!
