Very beautiful, low crime great place for children. 2 excellent colleges in town. Everything is very close . Not many resources but more jobs seen to be coming each year. My kids love it, I love it. You got city and country life here. Best of both worlds!

Greeneville is a wonderful old town. Downtown is historic in nature, buildings, character and the home of Andrew Johnson. A great place to grow up with a real hometown feel!
Greeneville is a beautiful town. It is an area right next to the Appalachian Mountains with the Nolichuckey River flowing through the town. There are all kinds of little things to do in this town. We have several hiking trails and areas to camp in the mountains and along the river. On the weekends you could go to the movies or the skating rink. Several places to grab a bite to eat from fast food to Chinese to Asian to Italian to Mexican. One of our famous places is Monterreys Mexican Restaurant. We're home to one of the oldest colleges, Tusculum.
