The police are not out in this area often unless on a call. However crime is not that prevalent. Sometimes a few break ins or cases of teens hitting mail boxes but nothing that is incredibly frequent.
I would choose to live in this area again. I love that it is fairly close to different attractions/town/city areas but far enough away that you can enjoy that true country life.
