I've moved to Greeley 2 months ago, because rent is more affordable. I've lived in Loveland for years and I was hoping to find a little house there. After weeks of working with property managements, and hours of apartment viewing, I remained disappointed with the limited selection and ridiculously high prices. I was getting close to moving date and I had no place yet. I accidentally stumbled into to ad for the house in Greeley. I fell in love with this old house the minute I walked in. The house has great characters and my neighbors are awesome! I couldn't ask for more.

Greeley, Colorado is home to the UNC Bears. It is a fun college town. There is always something to do and your destination is always 15 minutes max to where you want to go. As states, it is a college town so I do not see as many children where I live (but there are nice family neighborhoods)! I personally did not grow up in Greeley, but a few of my friends have. Overall, they enjoyed their experience here. When I head to work in the morning I always see people running or riding their bike and they are always nice and wave. Even though Greeley is small and its night life may not be the best, I genuinely enjoyed my time here.
I love Greeley! It is my home. I cannot say anything bad about it. I have been to several different high schools in Greeley and the education provided has set me up for an excellent future. The colleges here are diverse and have great educational programs. I feel very safe in Greeley with the police force that we have. The Greeley police department has a great rep. The culture in downtown Greeley is growing and it is becoming a more entertaining place to be. The nightlife is still growing, but it is growing. Greeley is the place to raise a family and I would raise a family here. The Real Estate Market is huge. A lot of people are moving to Colorado and Greeley is expanding to fit those needs. I would say that housing and schooling a pretty affordable. We live in Colorado so healthy living is second nature to us. Greeley is small enough that commuting is not a huge deal but big enough that we have a lot of large companies to work for that are close.
