It was a beautiful place years ago. I would like to see the area fixed up with the stores rented or opened as something. It would also be great if some more of the restaurants were open.
The summers have a bit to offer with the concerts in the park. Local bbq’s. School sports, football games & little league. The carnival and car show. Winter doesn’t have much going on. Only thing that comes to mind is the Christmas lights and festivities for that season.

There is a lot of new Businesses in town, Dunkin Donuts which was a pleasant, there will be a micro brewery that I will need to check out in the future.
This area provides a close-knit community that is very supportive and welcoming. For a small town, there are many opportunities for everyone to get involved and to help better their lives.
