Granite Bay Reviews
Granite Bay is one of the best parts of the Sacramento area. If you want to get away from yards with weeds taller than the car parked there look no further. Nice weather, mostly retired population, and great landscaping. We’re near Folsom Lake and have quick access to the mountains. The traffic can be god- awful because there aren’t enough stop lights to support the ever growing population of cars but the schools are unmatched.
Granite Bay is beautiful and I love how there is a wide variety of amenities no more than 10 minutes from and within the city limits. The schools are brilliant and safe, and the people are very welcoming! The only issue I have with Granite Bay is the small random pockets of residences that are home to criminals. It's off-putting and makes me uneasy, but no neighborhood is absolutely perfect.
Towering trees adorn every nook and cranny along the freshly paved roads in Granite Bay. While every bustling suburb has its rush hours, the beauty of the area makes the commutes to school and back more than enjoyable. Most importantly, the weather is superb- most of the year a comfortable 70s-to-80s temperature, with the occasional surprise of an overcast day. The proximity to Sacramento (only a half an hour's drive away!) as well as the Galleria Mall and Folsom Lake, makes Granite Bay an idyllic area.
