Grandview is a small town that I had the privilege of growing up in. There’s not much to do, but over the years it's been upgraded. Streets are amazing. There isn’t much violence here. The residents here look out for everybody. Grandview used to be a town with a lot of gang violence but that has now ceased. We now have an Auto Zone, Dollar Tree, and an O'Reilly. There a plenty of places to eat at here. Majority of the places have Mexican food which is delicious and isn’t surprising because the Majority of the people are Mexican or multicultural.

If you like living outside the city and prefer farmer markets, this is a pretty good location. Cons: cow manure strentch, not enough places to shop unless you drive more than 30 minutes, nearest WalMart is under 20 minutes away. Pros: Not alot traffic noise in the morning, alot of nature.
Grandview has been a blessing in many ways for my family, largely because of the friends we have made, but also comes with challenges. There's a sense of passion and love as the community holds tight in many ways. There's a bond with many in the town and thus it can feel like a family. However, there is a lack of leadership in many ways and consequently a lack of focus. Without focus, without direction, the people perish. Thus, we need focus and revival as a community in continuing forward.
