I love Glendale. It's the city I was born and raised in. I love living in a beautiful city where you can find just about anything to do. We have great shopping malls with all the best stores. We have amazing food from all sorts of cuisines. Glendale is a very diverse city. Although a majority of the city is Armenian, you can find just about every other ethnicity in this awesome city. We have pretty good schools, but not the best. The high schools aren't as good as they used to be unfortunately. But Glendale is a great city to start and raise your family. You have endless opportunities to start a business. It is a very expensive city to live in, but it has so much to offer so it is definitely worth it!

Glendale is a great city. I say great because it feels safe. Is it as safe as 3 years ago? Maybe not, but still safer than many other cities in LA. Rent prices are really high in most of LA and Glendale prices are way up. I’ve always lived here and I’m starting to check out other areas because this is getting ridiculous. I’m not saying other areas will be much less, but you can probably get more for your money and not have another unit on the property. If I’m paying $3,000 for a house, I’m sorry, I don’t want other units on the property. Hope landlords are reading this. It’s getting crazy!
Glendale is a lively neighborhood that has remained active and relevant throughout the years. As industries have evolved and pop culture in surrounding cities such as Hollywood, Burbank and Los Angeles have developed, Glendale has remained a fun place for people of all ages, welcoming live bands, family activities, and exciting shows and events. Its prime location makes it attractive to upcoming artists, entreprenuers, and nature lovers. It lies just north of the beautiful LA skyline, yet sits at the foot of the mountains. Glendale is a safe community that has remained friendly and open to visitors. When the Americana opened in 2008, new life and entertainment flooded the city, bringing in creatives and enthusiasts from all across LA. This shaped a new nightlife that prides itself in top entertainment and authentic cuisine. Glendale nightlife is full of life and love for the city. People are friendly and welcoming, happy and proud of the beautiful city that they call home.
