Newburgh unfortunately has some diamonds in the rut. Some stores like Torino's on Broadway have the best pastries you'll ever have. While some of the bodegas on the very same street have been busted for being fronts to human trafficking.
Jobs here are scarce, if you have a job you'd better hold onto it tight or you'll face getting seasonal help at the Commons over a half hour away.
