Very clean and well planned out. Tons of walking trails, and fantastic schools! A terrific town to live, work, and grow your family in. Being a budding community, job opportunities are fairly limited to retail, so you will have to commute a little further to work, but Gardner is located close to 69 so it will be a straight shot. Being a little father out than neighboring Olathe and Overland Park, is, again, a longer drive, but you get so much more bang for your buck, which is well worth it!

Gardner is a great town to live in! You won't know everyone in this town, but the majority of those that you do get to meet are very welcoming. I enjoy all of the restaurants and stores in town and everyone has nice employees.
Everything is pretty great here I love the clean streets, it's pretty safe, the library is amazing, and we have tons of amazing restaurants. The only bad thing is some of the politics get aggressive but besides that it's great.
