It's generally warm, but the winters can get a little cold. There is the occasional flooding during rain or super moons.
The locals possess no threat, but once the tourists start coming, you have to watch your stuff a little more.
There are alot of jobs around here in the service industry. Jobs are very abundant in the summer, but in the winter time, we struggle due to visitors leaving.
