I have lived in gap for 23 years. I love that it is a small town, you know your neighbors and have a close relationship with them. The public school that I went to is nice and small. I graduated with a class of 130 it was nice to be able to form close relationships with these people. There is a few things I would like to see changed though. There have been a lot of buildings and changes going up in gap, first it was urban outfitters and then the road was changed to a one way. Our nice small town has been starting to grown, and get crowded. It is still a nice town however I hope it does not get to expanded with more buildings.
A nice rural environment full of friendly people. Infrastructure is average and sufficient. Township is open and fair.
Very pleasant people and many job opportunities in blue collar with a reasonable cost of living. The property values are high, and the community is not very diverse. Schools are good and improving.
