I absolutely loved growing up in Gahanna! It has a small town feel but isn't actually too small. There are people from every background imaginable and it gives you a chance to connect with people different from yourself. The Gahanna Public Schools are also great, there are more opportunities offered through Gahanna than majority of the schools in other Columbus suburbs.

Great community! Very diverse and family friendly with much to do. Creek-side is a main attraction with great scenery and dining. Schooling is fantastic with hard working teachers who strive to make their students better. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Columbus, there are lots of job opportunities and commute is quick and easy. Lots to do and lots to see.
Gahanna is a friendly suburb. A lot of businesses are here, and we have lots of festivals throughout the year. Creekside is a business and recreational development near Big Walnut Creek where there are outdoor concerts every week in the summer, we have two community pools, and one membership is good at both. The parks and recreation department does an excellent job of providing lots of activities for families, and bars and clubs for the adults. There are parks where the recreational soccer and baseball teams play. In the winter, we have Holiday Lights which is a type of festival oriented to the Holidays. There is housing in all price ranges, and taxes are the second lowest of the Columbus suburbs. There are also lots of places to eat, especially fast food and pizza restaurants.
