This is a wonderful community to raise a family in. The local parks, schools and restaurants are all fantastic. The neighbors are mostly friendly and this is a very safe community. Maple Lawn in particular is an ideal location for raising children and I highly recommend it!

Excellent Schools. Equal Access to Metro Washington DC and Metro Baltimore job markets and excellent healthcare services. Rare brand new, family friendly, diverse Maple Lawn neighborhood minutes from major highways and roads and in the middle of the Washington DC-Baltimore corridor.
Have been living in maple lawn community for 6 months and absolutely love it. You cannot beat the amenities and proximity to Washington DC. So many friendly families. The children can walk to school. Very safe and wholesome community I highly recommend.
