Fulton is a historical, sophisticated little town with two liberal arts universities and a very low unemployment rate. Fulton has a downtown district with cobblestone streets and quaint, eclectic shops and restaurants.
Fulton is the podium for the infamous Iron Curtain Speech by Sir Winston Churchill in 1946, and is also the subject of the book and movie (starring Ronald Reagan) "King's Row"

Definitely need improvement in public transportation. It is hard for those that do not have cars to travel around. Personally, I feel stuck in town.
There is not much entertainment around if you do not have a car. So do not expect too much in downtown or finding something fun to do. It is a boring town.
Generally, it is a really small town. It is hard to find many opportunities in the town. I would suggest moving to bigger cities where there are more opportunities and more things going on in the community.

Fulton Missouri is a very nice little town. We have everything you need here in the small town of Fulton. We have a nice little variety of restaurant choices. The police are very active and keep the town safe, as well as our Sheriffs keeping outside of town safe. Here in Fulton, Mo our public schools are very nice and educational, and we have good athletic programs offered to the kids from 2nd grade up. We have two nice college choices for incomers or even homebodies like myself.
