Great town and growing like crazy. The town is new and on the outskirts of Cinco Ranch. It is actually very similar to haw Cinco Ranch was 10 years ago with being newly developed. Although new, there are building and favorite restaurants and grocery stores coming up everywhere. The town is well planned out and construction make a minimal impact in commute. The houses are all very nice as well as the neighborhoods. Fulshear is a place for neighbors to regularly interact and are friends with each other as it has become a tight knit and expanding community. The community is overall very welcoming and homey.

I am pleased that the town of Fulshear is expanding. Fulshear is currently building new renovations and neighborhoods . The town does everything to keep its residents safe, especially the safety of the children. There are always speed limits in the school zones and neighborhoods, and police officers are always present and respond quickly. The area is well established and clean. The parks and neighborhoods are also quite safe and beautiful.
It is an amazing little town with a very tight knit community. There are plenty of restaurants that are amazing to eat at. The schools in the area are great and the people are the kindest. There are a lot of areas around Fulshear where people are able to go out and do things. Everything is fairly close together. It is a very quiet town, everything shuts down around 11 PM. But the community gets very close together, especially on holidays like July 4th and Christmas. Downtown Fulshear is very family friendly and it is all reasonably priced.
