Bought an amazing house in the neighborhood 3 years ago, my street looks great, we have stores and restaurants near by...but we also have low income housing hidden on all the side streets! And they keep building more instead of bringing more yang families into community! The unacceptable behavior coming from individuals leaving in the low income housing ruining this area, and I would not recommend it to families with yang children!
Fruitland is located just south of Salisbury, MD. Fruitland is unfortunately a high crime rate town, with property crime and... murder rate being pretty high. With that being said, my family has never had a problem over the past two years. It's kind of crazy, because there's the Salisbury police, the University police, and the Laurel police.
My neighborhood, Covered Bridge, was a very nurturing place to grow up. All of our neighbors were very close and helped shape me into who I am now. Other neighborhoods in Fruitland are known to be less fortunate, but I still have enjoyed living here.
